9^th Annual Luncheon

It is with great pleasure that we announce the details of this year’s luncheon benefiting The Center to be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at River Oaks Country Club. Always a sellout, this event raises much-needed funds for the programs and services provided by The Center. It supplements costs associated with residential care, day activities, vocational training and respite assistance for persons with intellectual disabilities. Between the campus at West Dallas and at Willow River Farms, over 700 persons receive The Center’s services each weekday.

We are thrilled to announce our speaker for the 2010 event, Amy Roloff, star of the hit series Little People, Big World. Born with dwarfism, she says “I have had and continue to have my challenges and obstacles in life.  However, with faith and encouragement from family and friends and a sense of independence and humor, my life has been, and still is, an adventure!”
