Asst. Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for executing a scheduled series of activities involving all phases of general and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable living and work environment. Local travel may be required. Required Experience:High School Diploma or G.E.D. Proper use of hand and power tool, sewer machines, portable radio operation, basic electricity, basic plumbing, ability to operate/drive large vehicles, knowledge of basic plant operations. Valid Texas Driver’s License. CPR required upon hire and annually thereafter. Education Required:High School diploma or equivalent Location: 3550 W.
