Title: LVN (2 Positions available) Description: Schedule: 8: 00 am - 8:00 pm (Saturday & Sunday) 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities: The LVN position, responsibilities will be to participate in the overall nursing operations of the Willow River Farms, including the usual expectations of a person trained as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. These duties may include, but are not limited to, accompanying residents to the doctor or hospital in the event of an emergency, reporting medication discrepancies and/ or problems to the nursing Supervisor; Responsible for providing basic nursing and healthcare needs of the residents. Description:

Responsible for providing basic nursing and healthcare needs of the residents.
